Are iOS and Android features identical?
Core team and concert tools are available on both platforms. Widget and notification layouts differ by operating system. The Android main app does not collect device GPS location; iOS has optional location features.
Can everyone see my team information?
Team and concert access depends on membership and roles. Connect profiles and listings have different audiences. Review your visibility settings before sharing.
Are notifications and weather always up to date?
Connectivity, permissions and system refresh limits can affect updates. Widgets show the last available data; forecasts that have not been refreshed may be hidden.
How will paid features be purchased?
Available digital products are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, renewal and included features are shown before purchase. The website does not take payments.
Can I delete my account without the app?
Yes. Start an email request on the Account Deletion page. Any store subscription must be cancelled separately in your Apple or Google account.
